Hyundai Getz 52 plate

Hi all,
I have a damsel in distress, her passenger front window will not respond to buttons

It started with the button on the door, window would go down but not up, drivers door switch worked AOK, today window now dead 50 mm open, this happened around 9PM, she is a mobile carer for housebound elderly persons, luckinly not on duty for a few days
Other buttons on drivers door work AOK
I suggested trying to move window while pushing button, nothing happens no motor sounds either

Anyone any ideas where to start looking
