dash cams revisited
In reply to Paff asking about dash cams, here are the ones I favour
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dual-Car-C...E:L:OC:GB:3160 This is the most expensive and most versatile, but has low res picture, claims to be HD is 720 wide but that is both, each video is only 360 wide, but it logs your GPS position and plays back with 3 G sensors and speed, plus a Google map view, Here is one I did earlier, the audio was crap so I turned it off, you can see the view from the front cam, with GPS location displayed on the google map, the speed is displayed above the camera view and below the camera view is the 3 G sensor display. I had turned the display to the rear cam off https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOu_ceNKX-k Next is the one discussed a couple of months ago, look up dvr by briggie http://www.everbuying.com/product508930.html dash cam is Blackview Cheapest £14.56, I says it comes from China but it only took a week or so to arrive from Beligium I think. I have three of these, first one cost around £30 from UK, latest from China a few weeks ago http://www.everbuying.com/product47926.html This is my opinion based on my experience of these gadgets, views of others may differ |
