willemo Junior Member Join Date: May 2014 Location: Australia Vehicle: navara d40 2010 Posts: 1	Simpson Desert trek Getting ready to embark on our trek across the Simpson Desert in central Australia. Over 500kms in 2nd low range (average 12kph) traversing 1,300 sand dunes, the tallest one being about 45mtrs high. Wow, what a great trip.
