Be careful taking it to a garage (i work in one bearing in mind) you could get ripped off royally.
Why not pay the tenner on this forum and receive some help? I cant volunteer anyone but I'm sure someone would be willing to help a fellow member. You will find most dealers just don't care and charge far too much. Maybe a few bob to someone willing?  not me though, read my signature..
