Grand Day Gromit!!
Hi All, for some reason took me awhile to find this site...here now! I have just bought a 1995 Maverick GLX 2.7td from my neighbour in really good nick! (i think). Having always wanted a Freelander ( oopps! can i say that here??) i bought the Mav by pure chance.....and yes love can grow and it has!! Spent 3 weeks with many bottles, rags and brushes to bring her up to showroom condition. She is fully standard, fully serviced and costing me a fortune on Irish road Tax (€1000) for a year!
I have a good number of questions but before i post mad, i'll look through the older posts as the subjects may have already come up. Anyway look forward to gas'in with you some day - Cheers - Rix |

Hi mate, sorry i have not replyed earlier as i have been very busy, im one of those irish members you hear about trying to promote this fine club of ours!
Road tax at €1000 you must have a 7 seater as a comercial i pay €420 per year, about £290 sterling. your tenner has been well spent belive me i know with a 98 T2!!!! anyway hope that you get what your lookin for from this club, i know have.
