Talking Newbie has joined.

Hi All

Just want to introduce myself to this wonderful forum. I have been lurking about this site for a while looking at the various posts but today have jumped in and joined.

Basically I have just bought a 2001 Terrano 2.7TD (or TDI - dont know). It is to be used as a work horse for towing our caravan and as my wife's work car (she is a rapid response nurse which involves her going into very rural areas, late at night, in all weathers).

Hope you all can give me advice and support since my knowledge of cars and diesels in particular is worse than a girls

regards
Lee
ps will edit avatar and sig when i work out how

thanks for the welcome. It is a good name isn't it. I live in Northern Ireland and found out about this site when asking about tow car questions on a caravan forum. I've always liked the thought of owning a 4 wheel drive car but this is my first.

Regards
Lee
