Welcome bud, love my Y61!

Corrosion is your main one as with most 4x4s. Radiator crossmember is a prime rustworm location for some reason but doesn't necessarily mean that the rest is bad.

Don't know much about the 2.8 wine as I'm a 3.0 but I do know it's timing belt so check when it was last replaced.
