Any class 2 drivers in the house?

could always consider the dark side, PCV, ie bus driving.
Most firms will teach you, but then tied to them for couple of years.

Ok the public can be nasty but most are nice, and you'll have a screen
to keep most of the spit off you....

Did ten years on buses, class 1, manual licence put myself through at
own cost. Did some coach work too.

Mostly days, no nights out though potentially 5 from 7 day rotas.

same as someone else posted got my class 2 out of my own pocket, just renewed the medical as i turned 45 and 10 years was up, string to my bow as not driven since i passed the test, but least i got me licence if ever needed

Thing is, you will now need to do the CPC test before you can drive on the highway

You don’t need to have Driver CPC if you’re driving a vehicle that is used by, or is under the control of:

As Rustic has said, emergency vehicles are exempt, and if I wanted to drive a load lugging class 2, I would need to sit a CPC, but I also work for a water company and they put all their drivers through the CPC

Rick CPC is a 5 day course you have to sit if you are carrying loads or goods for gain. It's a bloody scam mate and if you don't sit the course, you can't drive a class 1 or 2 on the highway

Ah right another scam, here is another, as a refrigeration engineer I cannot let 134a gas to escape to atmosphere, (£2000 fine) but as a plumber I can use freezer gas to freeze pipes to save water, which is obviously discharged to atmosphere, what is this gas! 134a, Rick
