It is real.i recently had man flu 10.That left me with a double bacterial lung infection. And having to take 18 tablets a day to cure me.

I watched it, definitely not a joke.

It flared up every time he was asked to do the washing up, proved it must be real.
A condition that I have suffered with... since getting married lol.
These days it can flare ip, when asked to stack or empty the dishwasher lol...

Lemsip is the key... best prescription, only bettered with a wee dram of malt.

Now the bit to me that told me it was real... or NOT, was the fact that he had 4 yes FOUR nurses looking after him.

For goodness sake, most Wards rarely have as many as four... unless they are on shift change lol. And often one of those is a student nurse, unpaid...

Tut tut, alcohol and drugs don't mix

Mind you the other night I had a Sudafed to try and sleep, then when that didn't work I came down and had a Lemsip and a wee nip
