I would love one, theyre cool but itll be bugger when you go to bed after some beers but I guess even worse to get rid of the beer in the early hours

Like Steve says, just a roof tent. Look cool but more hassle than they're worth as you need a roofrack fitted and they then take up at least half of it!

Better off with a normal tent unless you really need to be up off the ground. Fez and I have both of us sold each of ours in the past 6(ish) months for that reason.

Alex mate, just google roof tent or even better type it into eBay and look at the listings, all will be revealed... along with the price, cos they 'aint cheap!

Jim to be honest they're a pain in the backside. Fez's was a rigid one like in Alex's pics and was very bulky and very heavy - not easy to put on and remove from a roofrack with two people and one person has no chance without a forklift etc

Mine was a Brownchurch 2000 (google it Alex ) and so easy to mount on your own as it unfolded along the roofrack and so was very light but you need a plywood/buffalo board base on the rack and you then have to clear your rack every time you want to use it
