Getting Nervous
Having read and seen pictures of the rot in front cross members/wings/sills, I am getting really nervous
I can't weld so would be stumped if that type of work is needed. Fingers crossed that the £500 Y plate Terrano goes through the MOT. It has been standing for the best part of a year. On the up side, I'm not paying for the MOT or the motor if it crashes and burns... |

Yeah I did a thorough wash underneath, let it dry in warm weather for about a week, then applied a good amount of hammerite and underseal to arches and sills and more, rear diff ect
Well worth it Prevention is better than cure, oh, I did wire wool brush off any rust first though. |

Anyone used 3M Car Body Schutz? I used to use it when I was in the motor trade. I've got a compressor so it's just a case of jacking up the Terrano. What rating jack and axle stands will I need, I assume my normal car stuff won't do?
