on my 2nd terrano. both Hitachi maf zexel pumps, honestly never had any fuel or running issues with them on New veg oil, last only was even only running on 3glows all winter and still ran well if not a bit Smokey and very lumpy for a minute or two

anyone ever personally had a zexel veg issue, not from a friend of a friend who knew a dog who had a friend called Bob?

Are you sure this is not just a bad mix? Mines coughs and splutters real bad in the morning until i drive cowards n jump on brakes, then reverse and do the same, and repeat 2 times (mixing the fuel up)

The mechanics at my work thought I was mad until I did it and it instantly stopped...

i premix mine outside the fuel tank no issues at all give it a shake once a day then pour it in when needed

i can't see how that would work though as your initial starting fuel in your injectors, pump and pipes would already be mixed from the previous outing? it might mix the tank, but then it would already be mixed by the time it comes down the pipe? air leak and not enough fuel in pipes/injectors i would say until the pump drags it through?
