I hope we are not encouraging Terranos to mate, remember that a car tried this with Briggies Mistral a while back...

I know that some like to raise the ground clearance on a Terrano, and boy racers like to lower the suspension, so has anybody actually lowered a Terrano, not that you would of course.

It would be very easy, torsion bars at the front, cut a few links out of the rear coils.

Probably screw up the tracking and camber on the front though.

Lower centre of gravity, easier for granny to get in and out lol...

I've seen one rustic, local garage had a SWB Mistral in for sale it was low enough you could easily wash the roof without step ladders mind you it had a lovely set of 15" deep dished polished alloy's on

I've seen a Vitara lowered right down, it belonged to a local girl (hairdresser!) who was about 4'10 and was fully blinged up. I saw it a couple of years fter she flogged it and it was lifted back up and sporting a snorkel and M/Ts so it went to a good home eventually.

What's really odd is people who but 2wd versions of 4x4s, like Kugas, why not just buy a people carrier?
