try admiral/elephent/diamond

all the same company but still undercut each other. i changed from diamond back to admiral this year. got it for around £280 max i think.

maybe looking to the ADVANCED DRIVING. i did when lived in london got a nice discount after id passed there test..

Wherever you go ask what the brokering cost will be to make alterations or alter the vehicle part wat through the policy - I just got stung when I changed vehicle that was with Sureterm.

Try NFU I have heard good things about them and they don't seem to mind mild modifications.

If your insurance is due for renewal try Adrian Flux, I just did and saved 17.5% (over £50) on the price I was going to pay Sure Term Direct and the cover is better. They give a club discount as well, support those who support us.

I have used Adrian Flux for a few years now although I always shop around at renewal time :wink:

Adrian Flux seem to understand 4x4 drivers and vehicle mods. Also know what you mean when you say the word 'greenlaning'. :smile:

I started off with my Terrano as standard and did a few little mods such as raised suspension, mud tyres,cb radio, removed arb's, and when I informed them they said there was no additional premium payable. It was just the same with the Discvery I owned and modded previously.

: ok i've had quiet a few over the years :roll: 3 points won't/should'nt effect your insurance (you must declair them) it only really start to hit you when you get to about 6 :roll: I have had 9-10 at some stages when younger & it knocked the insurance up by about £15-30
