Just fired up the Chimenea thing in the garden using a firlighter and some compressed sawdust logs.

Doing my best to warm the atmosphere and do my bit to enlarge my personal carbon footprint. LOL !

Soon time to open the beer !!

I use our chimenea to burn old paperwork, rather than shred it.
I used to shred it then burn it
I also burn any unwanted documents with our names and addresses on,.
electricity bill, gas bill, telephone bill, rates, : I wish...

Interesting, mine is a cast iron one and the product information sheet says -" not to be used to burn rubbish" ?

Is this rubbish information then ?

Mine is cast iron too, do you think I have "trashed" it...
