Wanted 110mm wheel centres

I have some new (to me) wheels for the T1, which I am in the process of refurbishing, but they did not come with any centre caps. The hole in the middle of the wheel is 110mm on the back, and lipped to 108mm on the front.

Basically, this means I am looking for a set of caps that push through from the back, that is 108mm diameter, with a lip of 110mm at the bottom to stop it coming right through. They seem to be available in the US, and Australia, but horrendous shipping costs.

Anyone got anything like this they would be willing to send to a new home in the sunny south of the country?
