If he's got any sense it'll be 350 quid and you get a free truck

I can't believe he won't sell the bonnet protector on it's own. I mean it's not like he will clinch the sale of the whole thing based on that especially on a 300 quid scrapper. He coulda got a bit of cash there.

I would have it but it is LWB no good for off road, although it would give me some spare TDi specific bits, mmmmm will have a think and watch the bids, Rick

Rick, don't bid, SNIPE
Under 500 squid it's worth a punt for a quick turn round

Ah, ok it's an auto bidding thingy that puts your bid in 3 or 4 seconds before the end of the auction. Saves cranking the bids up unnecessarily
It will only bid enough of your pre agreed max to just win. So for example if I wanted that T2 scrapper, I'd put a snipe bid on at say £505.05 . So I haven't got to remember when the end is or sit there tempted to increase bid etc
Works for me

At live auctions I have only ever bid just before the hammer goes down, and only if it was inside my max price, so this seems similar, Rick
