When I used to work nights as a security guard, I always seemed to be on the night shift when the clocks went back, but never when they went forward. We got paid the same regardless, as the boss said it would even out, but some bugger was getting all my short shifts..

I do know doing the extra hour was a killer, amazing how your body gets you through the night, but make it an hour longer, and you are struggling to stay awake, I would have though though, loosing an hour would just make it hard to get to sleep once you got in, but you would recover a lot quicker...
