Don't get me wrong , got stuck a few times but the thing with trialling is you carry on until your clear or carry on until your stuck

so far I have only been recovered once and that was cos I filled my engine up with water, all other times I recover myself even when I flipped it on its side, winched it back and then pulled it back onto its wheels then drove it back to the car park, Rick

Aim to get stuck and be completely self sufficient in extraction, love getting muddy, 2ft deep is good but rare.

I have not got a winch so have to get pulled out , not that often thankfully. The site we use is private and designed for and driven mainly by 90's so my 104 inch wheelbase sometimes doesnt fit . Where the maverick excels is its turning circle and benefits from a shunt on each section as over 100 inch wheelbase. A big advantage over the Landys who's steering is shite

The Jimnys always do well but do look gay

yep different site and conditions, I have sorted mine for Slindon and Boxgrove, probably be useless at your site, except for the winch, Rick

Ours is in a wood with lots of bomb holes , deep mud and humps . I think you would cope just fine Rick.

Yeah, sometimes you have to really hoof it and other times, that's the worst thing you can do!
