I have a Barnes and Noble nook from Yankie Doodle territory which is very similar to the kindle with a touch screen, I love the feel of books, but for travel it's great and also reading in bed as you don't have to turn pages!

Will need to try this one out Plank, hope you don't mind me converting the format from Kindle to a more standard ebook format - promise not to copy it anywhere!

No worries buying a book, we've all got to earn our crust somewhere.

Cheers, I do plan to make it available on other sites and in paperback. At the moment Amazon is doing the big sell on trying to get me to make it exclusive to them for a year - not sure which way to go

In this 'The Gypsy Way' series I have written 5 so far and have another 2 in progress, the next one should be available soon!

So if you like a bit of sex and drugs and 'rock-n-roll, have a read, you can download it for your PC too

Cover Blurb:

Frankie is a wise cracking, womanising, half Gypsy, he lives in a shabby caravan, on a dilapidated small holding in rural Shropshire, and scrapes a living breeding hens and doing odd jobs. He spends most of his time with his close friend and landlady Liza, whose wealthy husband owns the adjoining Whitimere Grange. An old friend, from a life Frankie has tried desperately to leave behind, makes a sudden reappearance and Frankie’s life quickly turns from rural tranquillity to a rollercoaster race around England - from Appleby Horse Fair to the South Devon Coast - being pursued by, or in pursuit of, a band of murderous gangsters.
Frankie desperately needs to uncover the truth as the lives of both his friends – the enigmatic Liza and the feisty Jenny – are in danger. But the truth is shrouded by lies and everyone, including Frankie, seems to have a guilty secret. He tries to hang on to his independence and solve the mystery using his charm and ingenuity, but time is fast running out and sooner or later he is going to have to do things The Gypsy Way.
A story peppered with comedy and romance, with its fair share of sex, violence, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll. Rural England and Gypsy life in the mid 1980’s without a crystal ball or fortune teller in site!

It would do me a great favour if you all just click the like button next to the title on Amazon -

Ah, that's good then, means I can look forward to the rest as they appear, had me worried there! Has been said I suffer from CDO - OCD isn't in alphabetical order!

Mind you, given my spelling, it has also been said I put the Z in Dyslexic!

Nearly half way through already, enjoyable read, reminds me a bit of a Robert Goddard style of novel, although Frankie gets a bit more than RG's main characters usually do

It is semi autobiographical, until just before last Christmas I owned 'Frankie's Plot' and lived on there in a caravan for several years
