MAV started it in 2004

with a few others

Bat21 took over when Mav wanted to give it up

I thought Shark1e started it.... then Mav took over.

Yes Shark1e was in it from the atart and Mav became his partner. It was a club with a comitee for a few years but evolved into what it is today. I have to admit to being sceptical at Bat21's frst involvment as a member as I am friends with the original ownwers and a generaly loyal sort of person, but he has been the salvation of the club and I'm glad he stepped in and took over, he is also a pretty nice bloke (but don't tell him I said that!) and also brave enough to put his money wher his mouth is and has proved he was right.

I joined late 04, just before getting our first t2 to gleam buying
info. its still the first site i fire up, though often jointly with fb
these days.

been to other sites but only this one is home.

I was on committee under Mav and Shark1e back when we
had the national rallies, and contacted suppilers for gifts for
the fund raising raffles.

Seen a lot come and go, made some good friends on here
even if never actually met most in person, guess you just
know when something is right, just like the Club.
