Terrano 2 2.7 TDi for sale

Hello,
My T2 wont pass another MOT without a lot of welding to the frame. New MOT regs make it unviable... Great engine, 142k miles. Gearbox still fine - 4wd/low box used only in deep snow, Good tyres / wheels, Witter towbar, but not much else going for it I'm afraid.

It's seen me through 4 severe winters in the north of Scotland and I'm sad it has expired. Mot runs out Feb 22nd. If anyone wants it to break please make me an offer - would much rather it got recycled than scrapped.

Hi M has it got tax and does it drive properly ? Is it a TD or a TDI ? How old is it ? What spec ? I'll let zippy ask the next question.......

Hello, apologies for lack of info. It's 1996 P reg. TDi SLX. It runs fine taxed until end March 2012. Could drive to Glasgow or Edinburgh if anyone is serious.
I can get between £150 - £200 scrap value. I will accept £200 to cover fuel. Would rather someone got use out of it!
It's very messy on the inside as has been used with dogs (a wee bit smelly). Garage say it's weldable but would be a whole days work = expensive labour. Also need new windscreen and 1 front brake pipe. Gaitors/Boots are good.

Good luck Martine, it's probably still worth a day on the welder, just a shame you're so far from wet west wales
