Hello Everyone
Hello to everyone
I've just got myself a Terrano SVE 3.0lt TD on an 02 plate. It's a bit different from the Hilux I'm used to but I'm coming to terms with it. I live live in a small village near Dunmow in Essex. I do have a question tho, It feels soft going round corners like I'm driving a boat is this normal? As I said before I'm coming from a Hilux which had leaf springs not coils so that could be it. Once again just wanted to say Hi. Keith |

Hi Keith, welcome to the club.
I havent driven a Hi Lux before, but I have driven other 4x4s. The ride shouldnt be boat like, or too soft, so have a look at the shocks/suspension. A good idea is to park up on level ground, and look at it side on, back end should be a smidge higher than the front. Another thing to consider is the rear diff, if you cant say for sure the oil has been done, change it, this will affect the ride. Bets of luck with it! |

Also check they are connected at both ends. Check tyre pressures too.
