What were you expecting?? yes I can chat, but I have a lot to chat about, trouble is I have forgotten more than I remember, anyway anytime you are in the area if I am about look in, that applies to any other members as well, just do not expect me to remember all your names Rick

a house !!! a street !!! a young bloke early thirties modding cars in his garage

but instead i met a more mature bloke who's tried loads of things in life, and seems to have found something we all want a bit of.

"your own life, almost the good life"
someone with a wealth of knowlege , not scared to have a go and is creative
its funny, my place is not that different to yours, but thats just the way my life has taken me .

i left your place today kicking myself that i had not spent the time to meet you when i was living in eastbourne. and had the chance to learn and spend time around you

It is not impossible to do and it does not have to cost more money, and a mass convoy down here will be welcome next year. Rick

Then just tell me what you want to know, and I will help out, I built a house in 1988 that even today well exceeds modern efficiency levels, and next year I will be starting a new project that will surpass even that by a long way, Rick
