Default welding

i got a 98 diesel trol and i need to do some welding, the thing is im disconecting the battery but will evry thing work ok when i reconect it? ( ie alarm) am i going to have problems for doing so?

ECU will reset, code to stereo, alarm/imobiliser to check.

yeah itll be ok, it just depends, liek on my mazda, after a while my alarm just kept sounding cos the alarm battery ran out.
