Bet they still get stuck!
I've always said, half the skill is in the driver not the kit....you can do wonders with a 2CV if you know what you're doing... |

they are awesome, but now very rare and very exspensive, there are many modern 'conversions' with a sngle engine, which are pretty good but not like the originals! I wouldn't do any towing with one, or fit loads of pasengers and kit inside, and they aent very fast, also they probably wouldn't even win half a star in and NCAP test, the are 4x4 dinasaurs but brilliant stuff all the same! |

I dont think I have ever seen a genuine 4x4 2cv sell for under £3000! though the ordinary ones you could, they are climbing in value all the time now though and even a basically roadworthy one, nothing special will cost up to £1500.

Plank - bear with me mate. At 55 years of age the phrase 'not that long ago' takes on new meaning...

ok Grandpa, you see im just a youthfull 42
Back to the subject of the post, but these tyres arent that exspensive compared to other premium brand tyres? say BFG or YOKOHAMA etc? or even SIMEX? I think the main thing is most off road and mud tyres are remoulds hence the big price difference! |
