Places to play
Planks post on another thread just now about a sand quarry near the M5 reminded me of a suggestion I had - there may already be a source, but why couldn't we build a list of sites, ranging from 'pay 'n play' to open sites where access isn't a problem, so that when people want a bit of a blast to blow the cobwebs away they know where to go?
We could each do a bit of research in our own areas and report back so someone could collate the results and do a download? Only legal places of course..... |

Theres a great site nr Stoke on Trent, Silverdale open 1 sunday a month and also 1 nr Stourport, Worcestershire. Cant just think of the name of it now.
Also on this point Toms Farm nr Rhayader mid Wales, a very popular place to play, has been forcibly closed down to offroaders due to serious health and safety issues and planning issues too. EDIT. The place in Stourport is Coney Green. Theres also Buildwas nr Ironbridge Nath |

Just take a look on u tube for an idea of what was going on at Toms Farm.
Plenty of reported incidents of bikers and 4x4's coming together and the air ambulance having to lift injured parties out. |
