help needed so i can order parts asap

hi , im ordering parts from milners i need advise as to what parts i need

im ordering,

stearing relay rod (a.k.a stearing cross rod in manual)
2 track rod ends (only the ones that actually connect directly to the stearing relay rod)
now do i need lh tread or rh thread or one of each ? or shall i just get all 4 if thats the case do i need 2 lh and 2 rh thread


my track rod ends are all good but my stearing relay rod is dead. to remove the relay rod will damage the track rod ends so will need new ones


also i tried a ball joint splitter on the swivel joints (not ball joints) on the relay rod but cant seperate anyone removed one how do i get it off
ball joints were easy to split
