Default Boot Liners

Has anyone had an experience or opinions of the liners linked here from eBay. As the wife will be taking over the project truck and eventually having another truck of her own. She uses a dog cage in the back and often has wet dogs and lots of kit in the back I have decided to get a boot liner as we have tried tarps and plastic sheeting but normally punctures and spills mud or water on to the boot carpet.

If you look hard enough, Nissan did actually make plastic moulded trays for the Terrano with Terrano stamped on them.

I've only ever seen 2 in my time with these motors, 1 was at James' yard and the other was for sale on eBay recently

Hi,
I brought a boot liner a while back which is very similar to your second link. It has worked really well keeping the mud and muck of kids bikes, dogs ,walking boots off the carpet. I wanted it thin enough so that the 7 seat floor clip would still work with the liner in as it then acts as a foot mat.
The boot entrance lip of it has folded flat with use (kids sitting on it drinking hot chocolate after a winters walk) but has not split and still works fine. The non slip though was a couple bits of tape backed Velcro which I did not bother with and I find is fine without.
I have noticed that if the boot has any dampness from water ingress it can condensate on the carpet facing side of the liner, so worth checking/ airing occasionally. Ideally i would higher edges though as they offer better protection but the pay off was removing everytime I use the rearmost seats and then fitting foot mats
This is the one I have got although can not remember if I brought it from this company.

Default e-garage uk

I bought one for my Beamer on e-bay from the above seller. It was a good fit but not as thick as the one in our Jeep that we also found on e-bay.

If you want heavy duty worth paying a little extra I guess. Our Jeep one also gets bashed with dog cages!

Gone for one of these, in a feeble attempt to reduce the petrol/chain oil cocktail floating around the back of my mobile workshop.......

This doesn't sound like you have a very good opinion of it?

No Jim, I am trying my best, by fitting it, to reduce the effects.....at the moment I have layers of old carpet, a folded tarpaulin, and a thin rubber mat. Stuff creeps over and under the loose edges, so hopefully this new liner will help enormously.......She scrubs up very nicely as a family car when necessary, so hoping to make that last as long as possible........

I got this - it was from Germany so took some days but it is a good fit (still using) like a tray. So the edge of the carpet where you have wheels underneath isn't covered.

I have the second one Jim. Came with the truck from Clive. I can recommend one as that's where Monkey rides
Half the price of the first one too
