some tips for using the new site
ok i thought i would start a post for everyone who has settled into the new site nicely, we can post here our tips on how we are using the site.
although it might seem obvious to you, it might be a real pain for others from what ive found i like the new home, but thought some might be struggling so hopefully this will help others get the most out of the new home my tip 1 yellow bar top of page quick links todays posts this will take you to today's posts and its an easy way to follow the forums and keep you up to date with replies etc tip 2 user cp in the yellow bar again, settings and options (left hand side) go through these and apply your desired settings tip 3 quick links who's online see if your friends are here |

Well I was having trouble getting my avatar. It turned out to be. I was trying to upload it from my tiscali site and it would not take it. So I sent the pic to firefox site and opened a new pic file and then it worked.
Dont ask me why? Hope this may help someone |

I do do that Extreme.
Stillcome up as unread. I just have to go to the home page and mark all forums read and it sorts it out. Cheers Graham |

I have a a 900 second (15 minute) cookie running on here, that means if you come back within that time (you say 10 minutes) then they will be showing as new posts still
