Default Monroe shocks info please.

Can anyone provide me with an email address and Customer Service telephone number for Monroe shock absorbers?

My computer is playing up and I cannot use the web to access any site that isn't on my Bookmarks list; hence this request for help.

As it's often the case that I cannot always remember how to access this site and then to find where replies to my post might be (seriously!) I'd be most grateful if anyone with this info would email it to me at: rand@davidrand.plus.com

The reason I need this info is that I recently bought a set of Monroe Adventure shocks and the rear rubbers were missing and I've since had a disagreement with the company who supplied me with them and I'd rather buy a new set of rubbers from a more trustworthy supplier.

Lazy-Ferret,
Thank you for your help, but my computer will not allow me to use the web,
that's why I need e-mail address and/or telephone number.

MadMark,
Thank you for your offer, but I've not seen the rubbers. The chap who was fixing them told me that the bushes for the rear shocks were missing from just one shock and normally they consisted of two half bushes both top and rear; he described them as "rubber"and I think he mentioned one pair at top and one pair at bottom.
The model of the shocks was "Adventure" and they were gas-filled.
Without a telephone number for Monroe in UK I just cannot find out more.
Life is just so damn complicated!

Yep sounds like standard ones as same as these each shock needs 4 bushes. Well if still interested or if they're any help to you just cover the postage and ill send them on. I have enough for one shock so 4 bushes

Macbethiel,
If you read my first post you'll notice that I explained I could only access sites on my Bookmarks list and this site (thankfully) was on my Bookmarks list.

MadMark,
Thanks for all your help.
I'll gratefully accept those 4xbushes, but I would prefer to pay you something for them.
I have no idea how much they cost, but if I send you a cheque for £10 would it cover post and cost of bushes? If it doesn't, just let me know what the appropriate price is and I'll happily forward it.

Many thanks.

Lazy-Ferret,
I've just tried to reach that Monroe site on the web (not via this site) and all I get is a blank page with a large sign saying; "Secure Connection Failed!"
That's what happens whenever I try to Google the web.

I just tried the link, and it worked OK for me. It can be got from the main site, by clicking on Support at the top, then "Tenneco-Techline"

It's not a secure site, so not sure why it is trying to set up a secure connection. Have you got an anti-virus program running?
