well this thread has gone so fast where do I start?

My hat is lovely your just jealous ops:

willow sorry he is an exmor not a dart moor I had just been talkig about dartmoor with my son and it slipped in sorry, though Im not realy sure of the difference?

I once went to court over a parking ticket and won! but I have never actualy taken a photo of other peoples bad parking!

The worst culprits have to be some people who 'abuse' the blue badge scheme and use it as a excuse to just stop the car and get out leaving them right on corners, two feet away form the kerb etc.
