well me and my son laugh at how badly I can park my tranist, we have managed to cover 6 super market spaces but so far that is the maximum :

and you were right :

At out local hospital, I refuse to pay the outrageous parking charges so I pull up in a space by the flower beds or a grass bank and then drive out again!

I am a parking terrorist :wink: :

I think the worst is when you are charged to park in the road, you pay your road tax etc. and surley parking is park of using the road network!

well I ws reading recently some parking law and it is legal to park on a verge within 15 meters of the highway I beleive as long as you dont obstruct the foot path.

So wiht this in mind we can save a fortune :

no I wouldnt stoop to obstructing pavments it causes all sorts of problems, my van is the same but a few years newer and a lot more dirt and rust scabs, roof rack, ladders, mud tyres and permanently filthy :wink:

its a hard and often dirty job but some one has to to it and that man is me
