Default USB Port for DashCams

Bought myself a rear view mirror dash cam last week http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00P42S4FW
that came with a loooong power cable to hide round the screen and dash but didn't want to do that.... So done this....

Hopefully the dropbox link works as I've added comments to the photos.

Not sure if you guys will have the same socket in the roof if you haven't got a sunroof?

Cheers.

Ian

Cheers guys. It wasn't a difficult job. You could wire one of these in with any of the power outlets to gain usb ports.
Here's the 12v to 5v converter I used but there are others available.

If your set up is like mine you have to remove part of the divider that shields one bulb from the other to make room for the usb socket. All will become clear when you have it in your hand.
Any problems give me a shout.
