Funny enough, my 04 Terrano was firing on the button but was very wobbly on idle when cold and puffed a lot of smoke, I removed all 4, they were intact ceramic ones and had all failed

when you say failed I guess you mean they did not get hot, not that the ceramic tips had broke off, Rick

All the tips were intact but failed the multi meter test and failed the jump lead test as well, I used the Lucas ones from the Maverick, tested the Lucas ones in the same manner before I put them in and they were glowing red hot

As an unrelated add on to this both my road going T2 and my off road Mav have Zexel pumps and the injectors leak off pipes are metal with the required curve in the pipe to eliminate stress, Rick
