galvanised chassis on Terrano
Hi there, just joined the site.
Have owned 5 Terrano and just love the things. Spent the last 2 weeks rebuilding my 2004 lwb sve on a very special galvanised chassis. It was I chassis I stripped, repaired, modified and galvanised a few months back. I can honestly say my Terrano is a one of a kind. Will try and post some pics if anyone is interested. |

Sounds exiting.
We need pics. But tbh why galvanised chassis? Mines 13 years old and in mint condition. I wish I could get a galvanised body as the chassis has another 10 years in it.the body maybe 7. |

Well all my Terrano's where totally the other way.
This chassis was rotten, the body is as close to perfect as any I have ever seen or owned. I got the chassis galvanised because the body is so good, did a lot of cutting and welding to the chassis, and when you are at that stage it's only 150 quid to get it galvanised. I have a brand new 4x4, but still love the Terrano and intend on keeping it on the road for many years to come. Whats the easiest way to get pics on ? I have quite a few lol |
