Demise of a Patrol
I was flicking through some old pictures and came across these from 2006. I had a new Patrol as a company car and had only had it about 6 months when 4 kids in a little Toyota drove into the side at a crossroads.
While their car was totalled, the Patrol only had a crushed front bumper as it was hit in front of the wheel. However it was taken away to be repaired and I got a message about a week later to say it had been written off as both the chassis and the body were bent out of shape. That was the end of that one. Wow, you wouldn't think such a small amount of external damage could write the car off, I bet you were shocked.
Just goes to show the forces exerted in a crash, and explain why you ache so much after. |

It's the stupid cost of new Nissan parts that'll write them off so easily. That said , it would be an easy job to fix after buying it back off the insurance company

Tax expired in may 2007.
So unless it's been exported it's probably been broken or scrapped |

Someone must have bought it and used it on the road in the bent condition for a while and then scrapped it. |

I must admit, the impact from the crash was very minor (for me). It moved the front wheels about a foot to the right. The driver of the other car was treated by the ambulance crew and the others were all bashed and bruised from the impact. They hit me at about 30mph and immediately spun round and went about 20 yards down the road. |
