Well, that's as far as it goes, and it hasn't tried yet, the shocks are +2 at the rear

the shocks only extend 2" so the springs are too big to fall out, if you put +3" shocks in then the springs would fall out without dislocation cones unless you had +3" springs aswell

confused me too at the start, it's just fat hairy lazy man slang for anti roll bar (arb)

The anti roll bars limit the travel of the wheels up and down and stop excessive leaning when going round corners too

Well if you want to keep them Alex get some big cable ties through them & over the chassis because they have a habit of just dropping off but the cable ties stop you loosing them down the road somewhere
