I doubt I'll be doing much recovery work with the Quattro (picking it up tomorrow hopefully) or laning come to that but you never know, with a decent set of boots on smoother lanes it should be ok - you're unlikely to be able to keep up with that though - oh and I was taking it easy lol

That was the trip that I went on, I got stuck on the same mud with my new Falcon ATs and had to hold a discovery back with his tow strap

If I hadn't just bought that 05plate shed I'd of been thinking about this truck myself. Instead I think I'll be paying out and paid out enough to buy it anyway.

Sold to and collected today by big bunny, hope you have as much fun with here as I did.

Just drove the Quattro back from Middlesbrough, I think I'm going to like this car. 53 plate A6 2.5tdi 4 door Quattro in silver 119k (barely run in for one of these lumps) pulls like a train, 6 speed box too, 400 mile round trip to Birmingham to do over the weekend, will be a bit less stressful to do than in the 1.25 fiesta I've been running of late

Truck looks real solid and in good shape just a little green It will be on the road for the winter this year, no rush as I'm busy with work and taking the caravan to France in 3 weeks so I need to spend time on my LWB to make sure its ready!!
I'll post some pics to show before and after a mini makeover
