Default Don't pay your parking fines

Dear Sir or madam

We are an organisation called getoutofdebtfree and we are currently embarking on a campaign to recruit new members to the site, we would request you read the following and print it out or pass it on to all your drivers.

GETOUTOFDEBTFREE
Getoutofdebtfree is a website dealing with debt and we are embarking on a campaign to recruit new members to the site, we expose the truth about debt, how you are tricked into debt, and how you are defrauded into paying alleged debts you need not actually pay.

We have many sections to the site and one may be of significance to all couriers and multi drop drivers due to local authorities using motorists as cash cows and introducing prohibitive parking restrictions and issuing tickets for revenue. Getoutofdebtfree understands many couriers work long hours for low pay and our section on parking tickets will be especially useful in avoiding paying such unlawfully issued tickets as we explain the fraud they use, and how to avoid paying them. Our site has considerable experience and resources which include video tutorials, a getting started section, a very active forum, and numerous members with considerable knowledge.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Nothing but your time, its totally free.

Join us, avoid paying fraudulent parking tickets, learn how to deal with parking tickets, and decide if it is for you, the only thing you have to lose is time, but you could save yourselves lots of money.

There is only one question to ask, do I want to learn and keep my hard earned money, or not bother learning and keep paying parking tickets.

Never Paid any of mine, sofar, to the council taken 3 to the traffic penalty tribunal. the council bottled out at the first one and lost the second two.
Result - I am on the councils top ten trouble makers list and when I call, my name is flagged up and they call me Sir.

We have a blue badge for our son, but given the choice I gladly pay the odd parking fine or two I expect you would gladly trade yours too.

My wife has a blue badge but that didn't stop Banbury Council doing us for £80 for 20mins parked 'legally' in a disabled bay (3 years ago). This was 2 weeks after they'd decided to start charging. Should have contested it more firmly as I felt the signage (when I finally saw it LOL) was inadequate (plastic-wrapped A4 sheet, 8 feet up on a pole). However, in law it was my fault & I accepted it. I always look up poles now (no not them) LOL.

All this did was push disabled motorists onto double yellow lines as it cost too much to park for extended periods. Clever, well thought-out move by idiots at the council, not?

This Town has, consistently, (& deliberately?) the most ambiguous parking notices I've ever come across. Even though they've now been forced to rescined the charges requirement you wouldn’t know it's free from the displayed notices. Last time I was there (wont go now unless I'm forced to; I prefer to spend my money where it's appreciated) I had to find a traffic warden to confirm the situation. What a shower of s***e!

Rant over, but they will stay on my black list for a few years yet.

Blue badge holders in Scotland don't have the 3 hour time limit, so no need to use the time disc that comes with it, much more civilised.

Yes sadly some Councils are charging blue badge holders but i'm happy to pay if I have to but the local hospital privatised the car par & you had to register your car to get free parking in very few disabled parking place which I did & the gits sent me a £60 ticket had to email them my complaint as you can't just phone them up ticket got squashed
