Why doesn't anyone do a Terrano Kit car.
I was looking on the net for 4x4 kit cars, and there are some based on Discoveries, and land rovers, why oh why... Just keep the un reliable bits... why don't you... Some based on the Suzuki SJ series, but nothing based on the Terrano.
If you think about it, the main thing that sends these trucks to the scrap yard in the sky is body rust. Floor pan, inner wings, outer wings, sills etc. The mechanics are generally sound, and the chassis might need some welding, but without a body, fairly straight forward. So why doesn't any company do them? Mot failures are as cheap as chips to pick up. Just a thought.. Rustic

Pass
Probably just limit them to the "perceived" off-road kings? Also there are a lot of Landys and Suzukis used as the basis for major conversions. Got to admit this one does look sexy even if it is based on a Disco 1... but check out the bits needed to get it to the spec in the pics and that are NOT included in the kit http://www.blitzworld.co.uk/sahara-4...egal-i308.html |

TBH when the day comes the body is shot on my Terrano if the chassis is still good I might look into dropping an estate car shell onto the chassis |
