Incase some of you were wondering as I havnt really explained, I do indeed have one, basically I'll explain, back when I was at school a polish family' spoke very little English moved into Dumfries and Galloway, and their daughter Zenka pronounced 'zeenka' was shoved in most of the same clases as me, in one of my classes, I was doing a project on the R20 terrano/maverick as I had just bought one 'my white SWB' had to present to the class and teacher, 'very nervous standing infront of about 25 people describing and going into details about our trucks, dunno how I pulled it off and that's the time when I also joined this club, actually to gather info. Anyways she shown a interest in my mechanical mind and I backed it up as I was surprised that a female would be interested in vehicles and eager to learn. Anyhoo I left school in 2011 she stayed on until 2012. But we stayed intouch, even tho she's not on Facebook anyways as you know, I'm refurbishing my terrano and I thought it'll be a good opportunity to show and teach her about Terranos among other things, her English is getting better but leaves much to be desired she's also teaching me polish which is nice, and she swears in polish which is quite funny but yeah, she learns fast, and Is quite helpful, had her pressure washing under the terrano and doing easy job's, also because its up on ramps, she could lay underneath and told her all the parts and how a terrano works underneath, then I quizzed her on what all the parts are and what they do, I'll slowly get her to my level of knowledge and hopefully higher as I'm as you know am still learning will see if I can put pics up as she's camera shy got a photo of her dismantling a tumble drier somewhere

It might sound strange but I try to help people if they are interested in mechanics. Her boyfriend who's also polish doesn't know much about cars, he's more into home electrics as he work for Scottish power.

her mum bought a new tumble dryer so we dissembled the old one, i still have the drum, use it as a BBQ
