Hi Guys Just wondering what my Terrano's worth Its a 1997 P Terrano 2.7 tdi SE touring with 124k. I need to sell it to fund a family project.

I valued mine on www.thecarpeople.co.uk and it came out at £1050, I'm guessing mine is similar spec and condition to yours. You may get more privately but the bottom has dropped out of the market.

Local garage has a 1996 td slx terrano in their to clear add....@ £2350 and a 1994 td maveric @ £1550........ dont forget yours is in the lower road tax break, so that could help sell........bri

These are only the trade in prices as a guide, and to cover themselves they probably give bottom book. 8O
After all they claim to sell cars at 40% off main dealer prices.

At least I hope so, as I had quite a shock when I looked at my values of the family cars etc. :cry: :cry:
Now I know why I keep cars for a long time.

Mate of mine was @ the auctions last week and a 'p' reg 5 foor went through @ £1600 8O

Put it up privately for £2200 you should get near that figure, the local dealer that got my Jeep sold it for £2195 thats petrol, so u should be able to get £1850 for yours mate

Thanks for the replies I am just doing a few odd jobs on it and I am going to put it up for sale for £1950 and see what happens.
Its been the most reliable and solid car i have ever owned but it sits around in a compound most of the time as I use a works van or company car
last month it did a wopping 16miles and is very good on fuel as the needle didn't even move.
but now It needs to go to a good home so if you know anybody whos looking please let them know

paid £2100 for a 97 R, 3 months ago for the same model as yours 93k on the clock, very clean inside and out. However has needed a little work. So dont think youll be to far away at the price you are asking.
