Default Hello

Just thought I'd stick my head in the door and say hello, as usual I'm another one who has just bought a vehicle and joined a forum, I'll hopefully be able to learn a few things about it over time.

Not many but any problem is problem
The remote's wouldn't reprogramme (minor) Tried new batteries and followed how2.
Heated leather didn't get warm (minor) checked all wiring, switches illuminated so power going to seats so I assume the elements were open circuit.
Drivers window would get stuck down and the glass was at an angle (minor) took door card off and found plastic guide worn on window guide rail.
Electric sunroof got stuck in the open position so I got informed yesterday after the buyer called me.
Water pump started leaking (minor) Replaced myself for £48.
Radio display pixels missing (minor) Tried the repair of heating up lcd ribbon without much luck.
Tail gate squeak (minor) took door card off and found the noise but dismissed it.
Speedo display flickering on and off (minor) repaired the lcd myself.
Needed a window wiper on the inside of the windscreen (minor)Used a hand held blade.
Diesel leak onto chassis when fuel tank was full (major) causing O/S rear tyre to become slippery.
RUST (major) I can't see it passing it's next mot and can't understand how it didn't have any advisories on the last mot, the sills were bubbled which I see when I went to view it but when it went up in the air on the ramp, the inner sills were rotten and general rust in most nooks and crannies.
Just generally a shit vehicle

I don't think it's the only one out there like it, if I got another it would have to be a very late 3.0 sve.
