Default glow-plug dilemma

after changing the glowplugs, buzz bar and earth, relays & ecu, my glowplugs still take ages to heat the engine, i'm wondering if i should just wire them direct to the battery via a fat fuse and push button switch

i can't find why they take so bloody long

How do u know they do ?

Have u tried them ?

More likely a fuel problem, or compression issue
