Mpg
Guys i had half a tank of derv in the terrano. Iv covered 143 miles i still got quater of a tank left, thats driving at a steady 65 mph.. what you guys think?

If it was linear I would say it looks good as my mav does approx 400 miles to a tank full, 0r approx 100 miles to a quarter tank. I don't think I can afford to fill the tank any more... :cry: :cry: there could be £100 worth of diesel there, 80 litres at £1.30 = £104 Just putting £50 in at a time hurts....

I try to keep my tank full, but as I dont need to use terrano every day, infact sometimes only once a week I check mileage each time I fill. I use rev counter rather than speedo on the open road keeping below 2500rpm . 30mpg solo and 25mpg towing a small caravan. my fuel gauge dos not move off full until I have done over 100 miles, but from halve full to empty arrives very quickly .........bri
