tdi advice plz

had my 95 mav 2.7td over 3 years now and due to the increasing number of things that need sorting ive decided to get another. been looking at a few tdi's online at around £1200 to £1500 that look good value but is there any things to look out for on the tdi and to avoid. will the tdi engine run ok on svo. been running the mav on 40% ish mix with diesel with no probs since i got it and want to carry on with the next terrano/mav. any pointers or advice would be greatly apreciated.
