Default wot a plonker

ok i admit im a idiot

last week when i broke down and had to have a new battery fitted , thats bad enough , BUT ....... after having my new battery fitted i decided to go out in the car and play with my ham radio ,

there i was parked up on top of a hill having great fun , heater on , lovely and warm , but i didnt have the engine running

so for about 2 or 3 hours i was parked up with my lights on , heater running and my ham radio on

battery flat again

bluddie rac time again ....... wot a plonker

Was your reception any good? and how many times did you successfully transmit ?
