I had my renewal from NFU yesterday, a 43% increase on last years premium

As all our cars and house insurance is with them, I will be calling into the local office on Monday to see how much they want to keep my business

I'll have that please

It's a shame about NFU as they are pretty good to deal with.

Jim

BTW It's my fault that my wife reversed her car into the back of the Terrano today

Another case of us that want to pay for insurance paying for the dickweeds that don't..

Christine's car went from £340 to £1500 with morethan (we are supposed to get it cheap cos we are both with them).. Full no claims, went with the Post office @ the end £390.

Adrian flux - £481.72

Where the hell is the justice.

They explained reasons along the lines of:

Because I have 3 points
Because my wife has had one claim in which the other parties insurance paid out 4 years ago.
Because some old gimmer nudged her car in a car park on Saturday night and his insurance has already accepted liability.
Because I have business cover (basic going from one place of work to another)

And finally he didn't say this but... BECAUSE THEY CAN!!!!!

Anyone want to buy my T2?

Jim

PS quite seriously thinking about getting rid when it's MOT'd next week.
