if you do a search i found a chap who made such things for land overs and would make first set for next to nothing so he could get measure ments etc think he was london way.

Could I have his details too please? I'm looking for someone to make me a tubular winch bumper, like the ones you can get for Land Rovers (but wider obviously to fit the 'trol) and with some kind of bash guard/steering guard possibly.

I would do that by my sills were fixed properly before I bought it. Would seem such a waste to have to cut them. I think I will be adding box section below it, With some bended tube to act as a tree slider. Then welded to chassis.
